Profile Writing Tips That Get Better Responses

You’re probably thinking that meeting women online is a great way to date lots of women and hopefully find a meaningful relationship.

Well, you’re right. But when you’re sitting at your desk, creating your online dating profile, you’ve got to remember that thousands of other men have the same tactic in mind as well.

The first thing you’ve got to remember is that any attractive woman with an online dating profile is going to be getting bombarded with response after response after response.

Your goal is to beat out all of the other men clamoring for the attention of the women that you want to date. A huge part of this strategy involves you being willing to put in some time and effort up-front to make your profile intriguing to potential dates.

I’ve got news for you. Creating and maintaining an intriguing profile is not as hard as it sounds.

The next time you’re working on your profile, think about what keeps you intrigued by a woman in a short skirt.

If her skirt’s too short, you’ll glance at it, but not for long, because you’ve pretty much seen all there is to see.

If a woman’s skirt is too long, you’ll look, but only long enough to determine that there’s way too much fabric to wade through to interest you.

But get a glimpse of a woman in a skirt that’s the perfect balance between nothing to the imagination and no imagination at all, and you’re hooked. You can’t take your eyes off of her and you keep coming back for another look, and another, and another.
The same goes for picking up women online.

The best way to talk to women at this stage of the game is by keeping your profile to a reasonable length and to the point.

Don’t go too long and cram every detail of your life into your profile, making it read like an itinerary of your daily life, with detailed explanations of every hobby and activity you enjoy, and a list of all your pet peeves, favorite foods, and romantic date ideas thrown in for good measure.

Then again, don’t oversimplify and bore the woman to tears with too little information either.

Be positive and confident and give just enough information to pique a woman’s initial attention. If you get stuck, go back to the skirt comparison and keep working from there. You’ll get the hang of it before long and women will be flooding your inbox with requests to get to know you better.
